Shackles: On a cliff in the beach area. Boots: In a chest in the Gallows area, where the fence has broken down. Trousers: In a chest in the cemetary, where you kill the third group of Hollow Men during the Undeath Sentence quest. You need the key from the Prison Management for Beginners side quest. Enter the keep, take the second door to the left and open the second cell to the left. Top: Only available after completing the main quest. Bandana: In a chest in the farm area, behind a wheelbarrow. Consists of 5 pieces, all found in and around Ravenscar Keep.

Ravenscar Keep - The DLC Demon Door you should open first The requirements for opening each Demon Door: It might also unlock if you open a any other door(s) after the DLC door (which worked on the 360 for me), but that is not guaranteed. The last one I opened was the Millfield DD, but I cannot confirm if this is necessary for the achievement to pop. Once you're done with those, commence opening the DDs, starting with the Ravenscar Keep DD, and then open the six others.
